Zebra-choco cake

You need:

For batter

  • 3 – 4 eggs
  • 300 – 350 g of sugar (depends on how sweet u like it)
  • 100 g of butter
  • 200 g of sour cream (or any cream like soy cream)
  • 250-280 g of flour
  • 1 package of baking powder and vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp of cocoa powder

For icing

  • 100 g tbsp of sour cream (or any other cream: 4 – 5 tbsp of soy cream)
  • 50 g of butter
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 2 – 3 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 4-5 walnuts

How to make:

1. Mix both sugars and eggs with a mixer. Add melted butter and sour cream.

Add backing powder and flour

2. . Divide the batter into two parts.

Add in one of the bowls cocoa and mix good.

3. Take a round baking tray. Put the batter in parts to make layers.

4. Bake for 30 minutes at 170 – 180 °C.

5. For icing put the butter in a bowl on the cooker and melt it with sugar and sour cream. Add cocoa and mix good together. Let it cool.

Spread the paste on the cake and put walnuts above.

Ready!
